We are excited to announce we are expanding our senior leadership team. We welcome industry veteran Pete Toskey as our new Vice President of Sales, while longtime leader Jeff Holt transitions into the newly created role of Chief Growth Officer (CGO).
Toskey Brings Decades of Sales Leadership Experience
Toskey joins Image Source with a deep background in sales leadership across several top promotional product distributors. His connection to Image Source dates back nearly three decades, having worked with company principals Brian Haner and Tom Goos early in his career.
Throughout his time in the promotional products industry, Toskey has built a reputation for strong leadership, strategic thinking, and consistent performance. Despite working at different organizations, he maintained close professional relationships with Goos and Holt.

Jeff Holt to Lead Strategic Growth as Chief Growth Officer
A foundational member of Image Source since 2002, Jeff Holt has played a key role in shaping the company’s growth and market position. Over his 23 years with the organization, Holt has led numerous strategic initiatives that strengthened Image Source’s brand and customer success.
In his new role as CGO, Holt will focus on:

- Leading long-term strategic growth initiatives
- Expanding market opportunities
- Supporting innovation across the organization
