This year was defined by growth, creativity, and meaningful impact. Each season brought moments worth celebrating, from industry recognition and sustainability achievements, to team traditions and our biggest Fall Showcase ever. Here’s a look back at our 2025 company highlights and the milestones that shaped our year.

Winter: Starting the Year with Purpose at PPAI
We began the year at the PPAI Expo finding the latest and greatest in branded merch. We also honored Brian Haner by setting up a memorial scholarship with the Promotional Products Education Foundation. Reciprocity Road made the initial $7,500 contribution, helping to support the future of the promotional products industry. Investing in education and emerging talent continues to be a core part of our mission and a meaningful way to remember our late founder.
Spring: Industry Recognition & Rising Momentum
Spring brought continued momentum and new achievements. Between customer events at the golf course and our continual efforts to make branded merch more sustainable we were awarded a spot on PPAI’s Top 100 Distributors list. We are very proud of our ranking, #31 — it’s our highest ranking ever! We were especially honored to receive high marks in industry faith, responsibility, and innovation. These are some of the pillars that guide who we are and reflect our commitment to excellence with our customers but also the branded merch industry.

Summer: Celebration, Sustainability & Team Bonding
The sunny season brought us even more reasons to celebrate! Our very own Giovanni Pivetta, received this year’s NWPMA Super Star Award for always going above and beyond. He’s the kind of teammate who shows up for others and lends a helping hand without hesitation. Way to go, Gio!
This summer we also received a Bronze EcoVadis Medal. It’s a major sustainability milestone for us and reflects our ongoing commitment to responsible and sustainable merch. The stakes were raised this year, making us extra proud to have been awarded with the bronze status.

These moments reminded us how important it is to have fun and celebrate not only our progress, but more importantly our people.
We believe that hard work should come with a lot of fun, and this summer did not disappoint. From cheering on the Seattle Mariner’s to splashing around the lake, our team loves the summer sunshine. One of our favorite highlights of the year is always our annual team trip to Lake Chelan, where we spent the weekend bonding over boat rides, karaoke, and plenty of chelanigans.



Fall: Making Merch Magic at Our Biggest Showcase Ever
Fall is always one of the highlights of the year with our annual Fall Showcase. It’s our chance to bring branded merch, creativity, and collaboration to life. This year, while we were “Making Merch Magic,” you helped make it our largest event ever. We were able to bring together over 40 suppliers and 500 attendees for a whimsical afternoon of branded merch.

Beyond events and awards, 2025 was a year of meaningful growth. Our team welcomed 18 new team members, fostered creativity and education in our 2 summer interns, and continued our mission of sustainable merch.
Our forest also grew this year, and now has more than 98,000 trees. We continue to plant trees for every order we receive, all Fall Showcase RSVPs and attendees, and for our customers. This forest is part of our long-term commitment to sustainability and continues to make an impact each day.

From new merch trends & sustainable products, to hard work and making memories together, we’re inspired by what we’ve built and energized for what’s ahead. It also promises to be a big year for our forest, as we reach a new milestone of planting more than 100,000 trees.
