MacDonald Miller Summer Intern Custom Hawaiian Shirts
Being an intern is about more than gaining hands‑on experience. It’s about feeling welcomed, inspired, and connected to a company’s culture from day one. For their summer intern program, MacDonald Miller set out to do exactly that by creating custom intern shirts that are both memorable and fun.
To help bring this idea to life, we worked together to design a custom Hawaiian shirt pattern for their summer interns. These shirts are a bold, fun, and unexpected take on traditional company merch.
Custom Hawaiian Shirts Designed to Playfully Stand Out
With the help of our in‑house designers, we created a fully custom tropical pattern. The pattern incorporated the MacDonald Miller logo alongside their recognizable brand colors. Rather than placing a logo on an existing garment, we developed an original print that felt intentional and completely unique to the brand.
The finished design was printed across the entire shirt. Turning a simple shirt into a festive standout piece. Perfect for casual Fridays, team events, or sunny Pacific Northwest afternoons.
