Emerald Downs Race Track wanted a way to attract attention to their jockey races and incentivize more people to attend the races. They decided to create custom bobbleheads of their star jockey, Rocco Bowen, winner of three straight trials in western Washington as a giveaway to attendees. This was a first come, first serve limited addition giveaway promotion. Only the first 500 attendees would receive the bobble head.
