As Image Source’s first employee, Nancy Waters has worn many hats during her 25-year tenure with our company. Since 1999, Nancy has tirelessly served our team in a variety of roles. She began as an Account Executive, working primarily with Microsoft, where she played a key role in helping Image Source grow from a $1M startup to the $30M+ agency it is today.
In 2022, Nancy assumed the position of Director of Operations, where she further honed her passion for optimizing processes that help her team succeed and work more efficiently each day. Now, as she steps into her new role as Vice President of Operations, Nancy continues to bring the same dedication and commitment she has given since her first day back in 1999.
Still dedicated to the well-being of her long-time clients and partners, in addition to leading Image Source’s operations, Nancy continues to serve as a Senior Account Executive, achieving record-high sales and contributing significantly to our company’s ongoing growth, as she always has. As the main point person for industry partners, Nancy also plays a critical role in maintaining strong relationships with Image Source’s suppliers.
Despite her busy schedule and full plate, Nancy has always been committed to making Image Source a place employees feel proud to call their workplace. Her efforts have been instrumental in creating a nurturing environment, which has contributed to the company being named a “Best Place to Work” by Puget Sound Business Journal, Seattle Business Magazine, and Counselor on multiple occasions.
As a testament to her hard work and dedication, Nancy was also recently awarded the first-ever NWPMA (Northwest Promotional Marketing Association) Super Star Award. This award highlights the unsung heroes who consistently go above and beyond within their companies.
Originally from New Jersey, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Management Science and Marketing from Kean University, Nancy moved to the Pacific Northwest after meeting her husband of 30 years. When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with her son, Ryan.
Known for her infectious kindness and genuine connection she builds with her team, clients, and supplier partners, Nancy is the heartbeat of Image Source and has a true passion for the work she does. Her greatest joy comes from seeing her colleagues, teammates, and industry partners thrive.
For 25 years, Nancy has helped pave the way for the successful agency Image Source is today and she will continue to do so in her new role as Vice President of Operations.
