We are starting off the new year by welcoming a new member to our Senior Leadership team. Pete Toskey, an industry veteran, has joined the company as Vice President of Sales. Longtime employee Jeff Holt, who previously held this role is transitioning into the newly created role of Chief Growth Officer.
Toskey Brings A Wealth of Sales Leadership Experience
Toskey brings a wealth of sales leadership experience with several top distributors and has a longstanding connection with Image Source, going back to the start of his industry career, having worked with Image Source principals Brian Haner and Tom Goos prior to its founding.
Toskey continued his career in the promotional products industry, with stops at several top industry distributors, but always maintained a strong professional connection with both Goos and Haner over the years. “I’ve always had a lot of respect and admiration for Pete. We’ve been friends for 27 years, and friendly competitors for many of those years,” said Tom Goos, President and CEO.
“We are thrilled to welcome Pete into the Image Source circle, bringing with him years of industry knowledge and leadership experience. Pete is going to bring new ideas and push us to be better,” said Holt. “It’s a sort of homecoming. We look forward to the invaluable energy and expertise he will impart to our sales teams.”

Holt To Focus On Generating Strategic Growth As CGO
Holt, one of Image Source’s earliest hires, has been with the company since 2002 and has played a foundational role in shaping its success. Over his 23 years with the company, Holt has led numerous strategic initiatives that have strengthened Image Source’s market position. In his new role as Chief Growth Officer, Holt will focus primarily on generating incremental revenue and strategic growth of the company.
