Kaley DeWeese | Director of Marketing
As Image Source’s Director of Marketing, Kaley leads with optimism, intention, and a deep belief that showing up every day and doing your best is the foundation for meaningful work. With a thoughtful blend of strategy and creativity, Kaley brings ideas to life in a way that feels both polished and approachable, always with a smile and a spark of originality.
Kaley graduated from Eastern Washington University with a Bachelor of Design. During her time at EWU, she earned several honors, including the Frances B. Huston Medallion Award, one of the university’s most prestigious recognitions, celebrating her academic excellence, leadership, and service. Known for her attention to detail, collaborative spirit, and genuine kindness, Kaley has a passion for creating environments where people feel welcomed, supported, and inspired.
Outside of work, Kaley can often be found cruising around in her 1970 Volkswagen bus, playing fetch with her corgi in the backyard, or browsing local real estate listings. Whether she’s designing, leading, or dreaming up what’s next, Kaley brings heart, care, and creativity to everything she does.
